A team of police and local administration officials rounded up over 20 Chinese nationals in Phra Pradaeng district of Samut Prakarn province for having forged Thai national identification cards.

The image above shows a Chinese policeman wading through a sea of confiscated fake medicines. It is now estimated that between 100,000 and a million people die every year due to fake medicine. Yet this remains a topic that rarely receives any attention whatsoever, despite being a problem far more suited to police intervention than the “war on drugs,” which takes up the lion’s share of drug-related law enforcement and criminal justice resources.

In February 2014, the FBI charged a Florida man, Marc Heera, with selling a cloned version of the Hondata s300, a plug-in module for the engine computer that reads data from sensors in Honda cars and automatically adjusts the air-fuel mixture, idle speed, and other factors to improve performance.
